Ezinc solar car is very assertive in Formula-G races

Formula-G races has been organising since 1995 by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) in Turkey. The main aim is future's clean energy "solar" is used to power for racing cars.

Ezinc is a part of this event every year with Erciyes University, Engineering faculty, Mechanical Engineering department, which is located at Kayseri, middle of Anatolia. Ezinc's solar car is designed and manufactured by Ezinc's experienced engineers and future engineer from Erciyes University. Ezinc teams used their abilities while designing and manufacturing this car. Designing and manufacturing took 2 years.


Formula-G race was organized 5 times with satisfactorily from 1995. This year, it was in İzmir between 5th-11th July. Ezinc's solar car was on the race as every year and name of this solar car is Ezinc-ERU mobil. Ezinc-ERU mobil was getting its power from 1.232 watt PV modules. Ezinc-ERU mobil can reach 90 km/h.


There were 39 solar cars in the race. Ezinc-ERU mobil finished race with succesfully and rank was 8th between 39 cars.


Ezinc is always investing R&D studies about renawable energies. Company wants to show every body that solar energy can be adapted also automotive industry. In the future Ezinc believe that solar energy can be adapted easily every part of our life.


Ezinc is aiming to improve ERU mobil for next year's races and continuning supporting and encouraging university students with proudly. Ezinc has been always renewing itself by continuous improvement, investment in production line, public educations and co-operation with universities about the usage of solar energy.
