Holger Klärner leaves Q-Cells

Holger Klärner has terminated his position as Managing Director/COO of Q-Cells International GmbH, by mutual agreement with the company and Q-Cells SE, with effect of 31 October 2010, in the course of the Company's integration into the Group. Q-Cells International GmbH and Q-Cells SE regret Holger Klärner's leaving, thank him for his successful and commendable contribution and wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.
