Green Light for Egg Suppliers Wind Turbine

The UK's largest supplier of eggs and egg-based products, Noble Foods, has this week received planning permission to install a 110m commercial-scale wind turbine on land at Thornton, Fife.

Gamesa agrees to sell a new wind farm in Poland

Bilbao / Madrid - Gamesa, a global leader in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbines and a top wind farm developer, has reached an agreement with Polish power company PGE Energia Odnawialna (PGE EO), the renewable arm of Polish biggest utility - PGE Group, to sell the Pelplin wind farm (combined installed capacity of 48 MW) in northern Poland's Pomorskie region.
